"As an entrepreneur in the HR Tech field, I have been involved in designing tools for human resources management in the workplace. In recent years, I have also taken the initiative to popularize technological advancements through content broadcast by major national media outlets and television programs aired on major national channels.
My goal is twofold: on one hand, to provoke deeper reflection among decision-makers regarding the importance of innovation in managing employees, particularly by emphasizing the inclusion of women in engineering fields. On the other hand, to raise awareness among a broader audience about the professional opportunities available to women in sectors such as artificial intelligence, human resources information systems, robotics, and engineering in general. In essence, my aim is to awaken the awareness of each individual regarding their role in a world of ever-expanding technology."
