EPF's primary concern is to train engineers who are adaptable and operational in the workplace as soon as they graduate. Internships, guest speakers, project-based learning, careers fairs, and guidance from  career placement officers enable future engineers to develop strong ties with the professional world throughout their studies.

More than six months after completing their studies, where are EPF graduates now?

Here are some key statistics to remember:

  • The average gross annual salary, including bonuses, is €44,788.
  • 96.7% of graduates were hired within three months after completing their studies.
  • 3 out of 4 employed graduates signed their first contract before graduation.
  • Nearly 2 out of 10 graduates are pursuing their education or are in a PhD program.
  • 16.1% of young EPF engineers are working internationally.
